The V3's dedicated odour-defence slab uses high-grade granular activated carbon to physically adsorb a wide spectrum of gaseous pollutants. Formaldehyde from new furniture, volatile organic compounds from cleaning products, tobacco smoke residue, incense haze, and kitchen grease vapour are all chemically trapped within the carbon granule pores. Unlike the V4's cold-catalyst approach, this cartridge relies on pure adsorption — effective, proven, and maintenance-free until replacement. Non-washable; swap when the V3's filter indicator blinks or after approximately 3,000 hours of operation.
